The men Kate killed on her journey across the Wild West...

Jim Roberson, died 1889

Jim Robertson was the town sheriff of Green Lake, Texas. He was known for his drunkenness and corruption. He often accepted bribery in exchange for the imprisonment (and on occasion, death) of innocent townspeople. Kate shot him dead in his office after Sam's death.  

Gus Hank, died 1890

Gus Hank was a saloon owner in a small town north of Green Lake. He was known to harass and abuse the show girls who worked at the saloon. Kate shot him in his saloon after ordering a glass of whiskey for the road. 

Emsworth Darlington III , died 1894


Emsworth Darlington III was a wealthy British gentleman who traveled to the Wild West for adventure. He was friends with the Houston brothers and attacked Kate to avenge their deaths. She killed him in self-defense and robbed him, acquiring a huge fortune. 

John Wyatt, died 1889


John Wyatt was one of Kate's students in her adult classes. He liked to flirt with her after class and got angry when she rejected his advances. He was known to be a racist and was one of the men responsible for Sam's shooting at the lake. Kate shot him in the saloon the night she left Green Lake. 



Jack Houston & Colt Houston, died 1893


Jack and Colt Houston were sons of  a wealthy businessman who struck gold in the California Gold Rush.  They were known to be exploitative and greedy. She robbed and killed them both while crossing paths in New Mexico. 


Jesse Crawford Jr., died 1898


Jesse Crawford Jr. was another infamous outlaw bank robber. Kate met him while traveling back through Texas and the two robbed banks together, sharing a brief romance in the process. After he turned against her and tried to leave her stranded in the desert, she fought back, killing and robbing him. He was the last of Kate's victims before her death.
